VESSEL DETAILS
HULL & DECK:
- Built to Lloyd's certificate - fiberglass hull and trunk cabin.
- Dark blue hull Awlgripped in 1996.
- White trunk cabin; teak exterior trim.
- Teak deck overlay over moulded fiberglass in very good condition.
- S/S stanchions with double lifelines.
- Bronze opening portlights.
- Hydraulic Teleflex wheel steering with spoked teak steering wheel.
- Hull and keel was custom modified by professional boatyard for maximum cruising performance - the keel was extended aft 3 feet when bowsprit was added.
- 2005 hull bottom was blasted and epoxy-coated with Epiglass and Interthane barrier.
- Boom gallows frame.
TANKAGE:
Fuel: 31 gallons in aluminum tank, new 2005.
Water: 210 gallons in S/S tank.
Holding: 28 gallons in fiberglass tank.
ENGINE & MECHANICAL:
- 2005 Yanmar 4JH4E diesel, 54 hp @ 3600 RPM's, 4 cylinder, FWC; Serial # F01149 (2000 hour service done by Kittery Point Yacht Yard, approximately 2017).
- Approximately 3000 engine hours.
- Yanmar KM85P transmission - 2:36:1; Serial # 02608.
- 1 1/4" S/S shaft; Campbell 3 bladed 17 bronze prop.
- 2022 repacked stuffing box and new 2022 cutlass bearing.
ELECTRICAL:
- 12V DC & 110V AC speakers with circuit breaker panels.
- New 2024 eight 6V lead acid "golf cart" house and start batteries - 125 amp hour each.
- West Marine 20 am battery charger.
- 2000 75 amp alternator.
- 6 gallon Isotherm hot water heater.
ACCOMMODATIONS: For six. Chain lockers followed by vee berths with large hatch and portholes. There is a large hanging locker, eight drawers, shelves and two storage compartments. Next aft to starboard is the large navigators station with chart table and below deck electronics. Large 12V Sea Frost refrigerator/freezer located beneath fold-up chart table and below deck electronics. Opposite is L-shaped settee with table and locker storage for dry storage. There are a total of eight storage compartments behind settee seats. A Force 10 propane heater mounts on aft main bulkhead at bottom of companionway stairs. Next aft to starboard is the L-shaped galley with Dickinson Carib 2 burner propane stove and broiler and oven and a slide out cutting board with more than adequate storage for dishes and glasses. Also, a 2020 Sea Frost refrigeration system with freezer. Fresh water filter with new galley sink faucet. A pull out drawer for cutlery and under counter storage adds to this workable galley. Opposite the galley to port is the walk in workshop equipped with vise, tool storage and numerous shelves. This room has standing headroom. From the workshop there is hatch entry to the cockpit to allow for easy access to equipment. Aft of the main cabin is a walk thru head with holding and y-valve, shower with separately pumped sump, deep sink, cabinets and drawers plus easy access hatch to engine. Further aft is the owner's stateroom with offset double berth with hull port allowing checks for anchor dragging etc, without getting out of the bunk. Also, a custom 2020 Portland Mattress with waterproof cover. There is a double hanging locker, bureau with 6 drawers, large overhead hatch, and two very large storage compartments under the bunk. Access to the stern chain locker is at the very aft end of the stateroom. A very room interior with numerous dorade boxes, opening ports, and massive storage. Cabin sole is teak. Cushions are white.

- 2022 full batten main by Hallett.
- Staysail by Hallett about 2005 on Harken roller furler.
- 2005 Yankee by Hallett on Furlex furler.
- Original gennaker / 2 storm sails - original (storm trysail and storm jib).
- Custom Australian aluminum spars, Awlgripped white.
- Mast is stepped on deck and has mast steps.
- 2017 S/S standing rigging was replaced with sta-lock fittings.
- 2017 spreaders and turnbuckles were replaced, along with mast head, steaming deck light.

- 2 Barlow 26 sheet winches; 2 Barlow 20 winches.

- 2024 rebuilt Ritchie binnacle compass.
