Description
A Superb Example of Hunter Comfort!
Wind Dancer is an amalgamation of clever design, comfort, and performance that one finds in a modern Hunter sailboat. She is perfect for weekends or extended cruising, and is ideal for families or couples looking for adventure.
Perfectly outfitted for sailing simplicity, a 110% furling jib and in-mast furling mainsail make easy work of sail handling and reefing, and all lines lead to the cockpit where two pairs of Lewmar self-tailing winches are ready for work. When the day is done, drop anchor with the assistance of the electric windlass tucked neatly inside the anchor locker, and head back to the roomy cockpit for refreshments with friends.
Down below, rich, warm teak and a teak and holly floor surround the space. A U-shaped galley has everything you need--separate refrigerator and freezer, microwave, and propane stove. Clean, contemporary Corian countertops provide enough working space for serious meals, and a trash bin with a Corian top keeps the mess confined and out of the way. The deep stainless sink includes a custom-fit cutting board.
Athwartships from the galley is the head with standing shower and angled mirror and medicine cabinet. The Corian continues here, and there is plenty of ventilation with opening ports.
Aft of the head is the aft stateroom. Space is plentiful here with a queen-sized sleeping berth and cedar-lined hanging locker, with a separate bureau of shelves, also cedar-lined! Above the headboard is a full-sized opening hatch for extra ventilation.
The saloon includes a U-shaped settee with space for five, and converts to a double berth when extra sleeping space is needed!
Moving forward to the V-berth you'll find another spacious berth, this one with a seating area and more teak cabinetry. There is also an additional hanging locker.
One would easily forget that all of this space is inside of a 33-foot hull; Wind Dancer has the look and feel of a much larger yacht, but with all of the practicalities of a vessel her size. She is ready to sail away today!
