Full Service Marine Business
RCR has always been a full-service marine business since the beginning of our company over 50 years ago. We offer a full range of boatyard services including dockage, mooring, winter and summer dry land storage, electrical, mechanical, rigging and fiberglass repair. We also do appraisals, State Registration, USCG Documentation and Title work, advise on race boat preparation, arrange survey, transport, and much more.
Installation, Maintenance, & Repairs
We have certified engine and electronics techs on staff and provide repair and maintenance services for a variety of inboard engine types. We do not service outboards. We offer installation of electronics, hardware, various mechanical systems, and we also do some repowering. We are experienced with sailboat set-up and rigging. Repair services include fiberglass, gelcoat and carpentry.
Winter & Summer Storage
We offer winter and summer dry land storage in Buffalo and Youngstown. We also offer a full range of winterizing and maintenance services. Boats are stored in owner-provided cradles or jack stands and we build custom steel cradles.
Launching, Mast Stepping, & Haul Out
In our Buffalo and Youngstown, NY locations we have open-end Travelifts that can haul or launch, as well as cranes for mast stepping and unstepping. We are experienced in loading boats for over the road transport. We specialize in sailboats so our crews know how to handle masts properly. We have been told by transient boaters that our guys do a better job than they have found elsewhere in their travels.
