Darren has been with RCR since 2000.  He grew up around boats and knew that he wanted to work in the industry from a young age. Originally from Ontario, He spent 3 years at community college getting a degree in Marine Technology Recreation. He went on to work at several marinas until he met his wife at a boat show in Niagara Falls.  At the time, she was working for RCR in Buffalo.  When he met Don Finkle, he was offered a position working in Buffalo.  Darren spent several years working as a tech until the manager retired and he was offered the position.  Of course he accepted and has done a great job for RCR ever since.
