Overview
Designers Roberto Biscontini and Lorenzo Argento have crafted the Beneteau Oceanis Yacht 60, a 60-foot ocean-cruising yacht that blends elegance and practicality. It offers a sleek and sophisticated design, while still maintaining excellent performance on the water.
Optimized Design for Easy Sailing
To start, the new cockpit layout of the Beneteau Oceanis Yacht 60 ensures both ease and security. The side decks are wide and level, allowing for easy and safe access to the foredeck.
Additionally, the two helm stations are designed so you can manage all maneuvers from the helm without needing to leave it. Onboard systems like Ship Control and Seanapps help you monitor all boat systems and make maintenance simple.
Moreover, the bimini comes in two versions. The rigid version has a central section that slides forward to adjust the coverage in the cockpit. This feature ensures that the crew can always find the perfect balance between protection and ventilation.
For extra convenience, the large dinghy garage of the Oceanis Yacht 60 holds a 2.8-meter jet-propelled tender. Thanks to an electric winch with a double wire system and guiding rollers, launching and retrieving the tender is easy and smooth.
Stylish Interior for Relaxing Together
Lorenzo Argento’s goal was to design an interior for the Beneteau Oceanis Yacht 60 that feels warm and modern while bringing in plenty of natural light and fresh air. The layout is intended to meet the needs of today’s boat owners, with flexible cabin arrangements offering comfort and ample storage.
Moving inside, the galley is centrally located, stretching across the entire width of the boat. On the port side, you’ll find storage and refrigeration, while the starboard side holds the sink, oven, and dishwasher. This innovative worktop layout maximizes space and provides plenty of storage throughout.
In the spacious saloon, six people can comfortably sit around the table, facing the relaxing area with a soft sofa. The curved chart table allows the navigator to stay involved in all onboard discussions.
Additionally, the Oceanis Yacht 60 is available in a 3-cabin, 3-head layout or 3-cabin, 2-head layout. You can choose between two wood finishes: walnut (standard) or light oak (optional). The wood features blend seamlessly with large, lacquered white surfaces, and the exclusive upholstery adds a luxurious touch, creating an elegant and modern atmosphere.
The owner’s cabin offers both privacy and a breathtaking view of the sea. The bed is tucked away on the starboard side, past a private head with ample storage space.
Exceptional Craftsmanship
The Beneteau Oceanis Yacht 60 stands out due to its attention to detail and expert craftsmanship. Every part of the yacht, from the door fixtures to the interior woods, has been carefully designed and chosen. It retains signature Oceanis features, such as the mainsail arch, modern shape, and sleek proportions.
Furthermore, the yacht continues the legacy of its predecessors, offering all the features that have made Oceanis a leader in the industry. With a wide range of options for trim, rigging, keels, and mechanical components, you can customize the yacht to suit your specific needs. Plus, its stunning design will certainly attract attention wherever you go.
Safe and Easy Sailing
The Beneteau Oceanis Yacht 60 isn’t just modern on the outside; it’s also packed with cutting-edge technology to make sailing easier and more enjoyable. It comes with Ship Control, allowing you to access and manage the boat’s systems and data with ease.
In addition, the optional Harken AST (Assisted Sail Trim) system automatically adjusts the sails based on wind conditions. This system is controlled via a simple display in the cockpit, making it easier than ever to handle a 60-foot yacht.
Great Ease of Movement
The flush cockpit design allows for easy movement from the companionway to the helm stations. Transitioning from the aft swim platform to the foredeck is also smooth and natural, thanks to the well-positioned lines, winches, and controls.
The view from the helm is clear and unobstructed, while the cockpit seats are comfortable yet snug. However, the foredeck sunpad is likely to become the most popular spot on the boat, offering a great place to relax.
Exclusive Trim and Materials
The Oceanis Yacht 60 is built with the finest materials, showing the careful thought and attention that went into its design. Every part of the yacht has been meticulously planned—from the high-quality door fixtures to the interior wood finishes. The aluminum sub-floor adds strength without adding extra weight, making the yacht both sturdy and light.
As an owner, you’ll have the option to choose from two cabin layouts, two wood finishes, and a range of upholstery and paneling options. Additionally, you can customize the yacht’s electronic, mechanical, and rigging systems to suit your preferences. Whatever you choose, the Beneteau Oceanis Yacht 60 promises an unforgettable experience, making you feel one with the boat and the sea.
