With an overall size of under 30 X 10 ft and a weight of 8,000 lbs, the Oceanis 30.1 can be trailered by road, without the issues of an extra-wide load. With the lifting keel and rotating tabernacle mast version, the cruiser can sail along canals and rivers to its sailing grounds.
Overview
FOR EVERYONE
The Beneteau Oceanis 30.1 offers great space for its size. It’s easy to use, stylish, and fast, all at a competitive price that’s ready to sail.
EXTERIOR DESIGN
With its clean lines, hard-chine hull, and well-designed sides and coachroof, the Oceanis 30.1 looks like a small yacht. The Finot-Conq design combines power and simple sailing. The boat has a narrow bow, light weight, strong sails, and a square-top mainsail, which helps it perform well in all types of sailing. For beginners or anyone sailing with a small crew, the self-tailing jib and single winch make it easy to control. If you’re looking for better performance, the Beneteau Oceanis 30.1 also has a large genoa, a furling code zero, and an asymmetric spinnaker. At the back, there is a step for easy access to the sea, and you can even add a small lifting platform.
INTERIOR DESIGN
The Beneteau Oceanis 30.1 stands out by offering a bit more space in key areas. For example, it has 1.98 meters of headroom where it’s most needed. The two double cabins are comfortable and roomy, with beds running lengthwise and open entryways that make them feel even bigger. The saloon has two benches that can also be used as extra berths for guests. The spacious shower room is split into two areas: one side for the marine toilet and the other for the shower and washbasin. At the bottom of the gently sloping companionway, the L-shaped galley has plenty of storage, a 75-litre fridge, and a real oven below the gas stove.
TRAILERABLE
CHOICE OF HELM
On the Oceanis 30.1, sailors get to choose between a tiller with twin rudders for anyone seeking a few thrills or from the world of dinghy sailing, or twin steering wheels for anyone who prefers space and comfort!
FUNCTIONAL COCKPIT
The double steering wheel layout results in a wonderfully big cockpit. On either side of the large fold-away table are two large benches, which comfortably seat up to six guests.
